Sew a Jumpsuit!

Belmont - Two Days - Wednesday 28th & Thursday 29th January - 9am-3pm - Ages 8+

Please note: This holiday workshop is held at the ROSE CENTRE - BELMONT

Holidays are the perfect time for kids to get creative and have a whole lot of fun! That is exactly what we like to do in our Thread Room Sewing Workshops.

Learn to sew a Playsuit! In this workshop we will be learning how to make your very own playsuit. We will start with learning all the sewing machine basics, then how to cut fabric out using a pattern, and how to put a project together.

By the end of the second day every student will have made an amazing playsuit that they can wear home!

Ages 8+. This workshop is suitable for total beginners, or for more experienced students. We have a great tutor/student ratio of one tutor to a maximum of 8 students which means everyone gets a lot of focussed attention throughout the day.

Students must attend both days of the workshop

What you need
All materials and machines will be provided.
Students need to bring morning tea, lunch and a drink bottle.
Students also need to wear covered shoes and be able to tie long hair back for sewing machine safety.
