Sew a Pyjama Set

Belmont- Two Days - Wednesday 21st & Thursday 22nd January - 9am-3pm - Ages 8+

Please note: This holiday workshop is held at the ROSE CENTRE - BELMONT

Holidays are the perfect time for kids to get creative and have a whole lot of fun! That is exactly what we like to do in our Thread Room Sewing Workshops.

Learn to sew a pyjama set. In this two day workshop students will get to make a very cute pyjama set .

Day 1
We will be spent creating the singlet top with the ruffle hem

Day 2
We will be for making the matching shorts.

We will learn lots of great sewing skills along the way, such as using patterns, working on the sewing machines, gathering, lining, pockets, and more. Students will get to pick out their own fabric combinations.

By the end of the second day every student will have made an amazing pyjama set that they can wear home!

Ages 8+. This workshop is suitable for total beginners, or for more experienced students. We have a great tutor/student ratio of one tutor to a maximum of 8 students which means everyone gets a lot of focussed attention throughout the day.

Wednesday 21st & Thursday 22nd January - 9am-3pm. Students must be enrolled in both days

Studio doors will only open about 5 minutes before workshop. You are welcome to wait outside before then.

What you need
All materials and machines will be provided.
Students need to bring morning tea, lunch and a drink bottle.
Students also need to wear covered shoes and be able to tie long hair back for sewing machine safety.
