Albany - Kids Sewing Classes Term 3

Albany - Kids Sewing Classes Term 3
Learn to sew - Sewing Classes at Pinehurst School
Students from all schools welcome
Tuesdays 3.30-5.00pm
Sewing is an amazing creative outlet and such a great practical skill to learn.
We have a great student/tutor ratio. This means each student gets a lot of focussed attention. All materials and machines will be provided.
Experienced Students
This term, we’re getting cosy and creative!
Our young sewists will be stitching up two fun and practical projects: snuggly slippers and super comfy PJ pants. Perfect for chilly evenings and weekend lounging, these projects are all about comfort and confidence.
Kids will learn how to work with soft, stretchy fabrics, follow patterns, and add their own flair with fun trims and fabrics. By the end of the term, they’ll walk away with handmade sleepwear they’ll be proud to wear - and show off!
We’ve sourced some specialty knit fabrics for the PJ pants, with three fun options to choose from this term.
Beginner Students
We will go through all the basics of learning to sew! Making lots of awesome projects as we go such as - scrunchies, tote bags, soft toys, skirts and more.
