Sew a Soft toy!

Pt Chev - Monday 19th January - 9am-3pm - Ages 8+

Holidays are the perfect time for kids to get creative and have a whole lot of fun! That is exactly what we like to do in our Thread Room Sewing Workshops.

Learn to sew a Soft Toy! In this workshop we will be learning how to make your very own adorable soft toy. We will start with learning all the sewing machine basics, then how to cut fabric out using a pattern, and how to put a project together. There will be lots of fun fabrics to choose from which means every soft toy will be unique.

By the end of the day every student will have a super cute soft toy to take home!

Ages 8+. This workshop is suitable for total beginners, or for more experienced students. We have a great tutor/student ratio of one tutor to a maximum of 8 students which means everyone gets a lot of focussed attention throughout the day.

When
Monday 19th January - 9am-3pm.

Studio doors will only open about 5 minutes before workshop. You are welcome to wait outside before then.

What you need
All materials and machines will be provided.
Students need to bring morning tea, lunch and a drink bottle.
Students also need to wear covered shoes and be able to tie long hair back for sewing machine safety.
